KNAUS has stood for maximum strength, rigidity and longevity for decades. We are building on that – but now lighter and with high-tech materials. We use high-performance polyurethane plastic for the wooden reinforcement strips. Thanks to the new material and our innovative Top Value Technology (TVT), we are able to make the side walls and floor more homogeneous. Temperature fluctuations & humidity have significantly less influence on the structure thanks to the optimized, uniform internal structure.

By reinforcing functional sandwich constructions made of light and durable materials such as aluminum and insulation materials (XPS or EPS) using PU plastic and also gluing the entire body structure, the entire vehicle construction becomes more stable, but without adding more weight. A crucial factor that we naturally pay particular attention to.

With TVT, the entire vehicle is better protected against rot and weather-related damage. Greater durability of the materials and easy-care comfort in the interior are arguments that are simply convincing.
